Go Nuts !



I love to snack on nuts.I cannot resist the fresh nutty taste  and the crunch of cashew,almonds and pistachio..Nuts make great snacks in between meals and anytime I feel  hungry.I prefer these to eating comfort foods like sweets.They are full of nutritious values and keep the body healthy and free from fat.It also helps to curb my  hunger pangs..I always remember to purchase a bag of mixed nuts whenever we shop for grocery.
