Unhealthy Life Style

I read an article sent to me via email that was very disturbing.It’s very alarming to know that we too indulge in these activities probably without knowing the conscequences.Anyway it’s not too late if we revise our life patterns ,once we get to know the severity of it. Liver damage could be also be due to these facts. It is always better if we learn more via reliable sources.

Sleeping too late and waking up too late ,could be the  main causes. 
    
 Not urinating in the morning. 
    
 Too much eating. 
    
 Skipping breakfast. 
    
 Consuming too much medication. 
    
 Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food colouring,
 and   artificial sweetener.
Change your life style and avoid doing harm to your liver.
