Prevention Is Better Than Cure

Most back pain slowly but surely improves with home treatment and self-care.Here is a list of  Golden rules to prevent a back pain

Sit,Stand and Eat Properly
Exercise regularly
Take A break every so often if you are sitting for a longer period
Use proper chair with Lumbar support
Do not wear high heel shoes
If Pain persists consult the doctor
